The interserie season started in may 1974 with a race at Silverstone with a qualifying heat (read: sprint race) over 21 laps followed by a 35 lap race. The same schema was used on the Nurburgring and at Kassel-Calden aerodrome. For the supersprint race on the Nürburgring, there were again two seperate races (heat1 and 2). This was organised in the same way on the Casale Autodromo en the last race at the Hockenheim track.

Momo Racing
Gianpierro Moretti Momo 5000- Ferrari
The wealthy Gianpierro Moretti, racing in IMSA, gave a commission to a well-known engineer, Giorgio Valentini, to design and build a car.
The first car built was the Momo 2000 with an Abarth Osella 2l engine.
The Momo 2000 was tested on the Casale Monferrato track (now abadoned),in Piedmont. It seems then it raced at Interlagos in the summer 1972 with Moretti and Manfredini and at the Targa Florio entered by the Scuderia Conrero with Giorgio Pianta as driver. On the Targa, it didn’t get beyond 4 laps.
Moretti changed his mind quite soon as he wanted much more horsepower and Valentini had to modify the chassis to make the second car, the Momo 5000 which had a Ferrari 512V12 engine.
I think the car only did one race, the Casale interserie event.
